Every engagement follows the same four-phase sequence — from adapting Clean React to your stack, through to embedded delivery and ongoing oversight. Each phase has clear outputs before the next begins.
1. Architecture & Spec Design
Adapt the Clean React architecture and Claude Code specs to your specific project requirements — and design the Claude Code workflow that will govern every feature from this point forward.
2. Claude Code Workflow Integration
Embed the tailored workflow directly into your project repo — spec format, prompting conventions, and the review process in place before a single feature is generated.
3. Embedded Delivery & Code Review
Work directly across your active feature development — reviewing Claude Code output against the architectural standard, refining specs in real time, and raising the quality floor with every feature shipped to the App Store.
4. Enablement & Ongoing Oversight
Build your understanding of the architecture so the standard becomes self-sustaining — and stay embedded on a retained basis to evolve the specs and ensure quality holds as your app grows.
